Rail 200 at The Great Cockcrow Railway is a free-entry family fun day packed with excitement for all ages, taking place on Saturday, 12 July 2025, from 12–5pm. Hosted in Chertsey, Surrey, just 2 miles from Junction 11 of the M25, this special event offers free miniature railway rides through beautifully landscaped tracks – perfect for little train lovers and grown-ups alike.

Organised by Middlesex Freemasons in partnership with Surrey Freemasons, this charity event is in support of Shooting Star Children’s Hospices and St Luke’s Hospice. Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated.

There’s plenty on offer throughout the afternoon, including:

  • 🚂 Free train rides on the miniature railway
  • 🍔 BBQ and refreshments
  • 🎪 Inflatable obstacle course and bouncy castle
  • 🎯 Children’s activities and side stalls
  • 🍻 Beer tent
  • 🎟️ Grand draw raffle with amazing prizes

Free shuttle buses will run between the main parking area at Lyne Village Hall, KT16 0AN and the railway. A drop-off point and disabled parking are available at the event site (KT16 0AD).
