Working Weekend at Rural Life Living Museum

Working Weekend at Rural Life Living Museum takes place on 27-28 September 2025 and is a fantastic opportunity to step back in time and experience how people lived and worked in the countryside.

The event features traditional crafts, vintage machinery, blacksmithing, woodworking, and farming demonstrations. Children can get hands-on or simply watch as the past comes to life across the museum’s open-air grounds. It’s an engaging, educational and thoroughly enjoyable day out for the whole family.
