Silvermere Gymnastics – SEND Stay And Play 5-7 Cobham

SEND Stay and Play (5-7 years) at Silvermere Gym is a fantastic way for children with SEND to move and play at their own pace. Taking place in a calm, purpose-built gym in Cobham, this session encourages free exploration of gymnastics equipment with light structure and support.

The session is led by Silvermere’s experienced team, with a coach available for questions and optional warm-up activities. Parents supervise throughout, creating a safe space for children to try balancing, jumping, and climbing at their comfort level. This class fosters independence, body awareness, and joyful physical activity—all in an understanding and sensory-considerate setting.
