1. How do I register as a vendor?
Go to the List your class! page and choose either:
- Starter Plan – up to 3 listings
- Premium Plan – up to 10 listings + SEO/AI optimisation + extra features
You’ll be taken to the checkout page to create your account.
2. What details do I need to provide at checkout?
On the checkout page, you’ll need to add:
- Your email address
- Billing address
- Card details
- Or you can pay using PayPal or Google Pay
👉 Important: The email you use at checkout (typed manually or via Google Pay) becomes your login email.
3. Can I change the plan I selected?
Yes. At the bottom of the checkout form there’s a link to go back to your basket where you can choose a different plan.
4. Do you offer monthly and annual payments?
Yes, the Premium Plan is offered:
- Annually (2 months free)
- Monthly
5. How do I log in after registering?
Go to funandplay.co.uk/my-account and log in using the email you used during checkout.
6. How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page. A password r”\eset link will be sent to your email. If you haven’t created a password, use this form to reset it.
🧾 Vendor profile FAQs
7. How do I set up my vendor profile?
Log in and click your username in the top menu. Select Settings from the dropdown or go directly to:

You’ll see all the fields you can complete.
8. Which fields are available?
Some fields are Premium-only. Here’s the list:
Available in Starter & Premium
- Image: profile photo/logo
- First name: not publicly visible
- Last name: not publicly visible
- Vendor name: this will appear publicly. E.g., Joy & Play
- Location: main location, 1 only
- Profile info: short description of you/your classes. We will optimise the Premium users profile info for AI and Search Engines like Google
- Email: login email, not publicly visible
Premium-only fields
- Phone: public contact number
- Notifications: a small promotional message displayed on your vendor page
- Website: your site or booking link
- Vendor page email: public email for parents or carers to contact you
9. Why do I need to set up my profile before adding a class?
Your vendor profile must be completed first so your listings display correctly on the site.
If you click + Add Listing before setting it up, you’ll be automatically taken to the Settings page.
📍 Creating & editing listings FAQs
10. How do I create my first class or place listing?
Click the + Add Listing button at the top right of the page.
If your vendor profile is not yet set up, you’ll be redirected to complete it first.
11. What information do I need to submit a listing?
You’ll see several fields while creating your class.
Here is what each one means:
Required fields:
- Category – choose Classes & Groups or Family-friendly Places to Go
- Title – recommended format:
Provider – Class Name Town
e.g. Joy & Play – Little Explorers Weybridge - Location – full address (needed for the map)
- Age – write the age range (e.g., “6 months–2 years”)
- Age group – select all groups that apply
- Activity type – select one from the list
- Description – short description of your class. For Premium users, we will optimise the description for AI and Search Engines like Google
Optional fields:
- Images – Starter: 1 image | Premium: up to 5
- Times (Premium only) – class schedule or opening hours
- Term time – choose one
- Admission fee – Free / Paid / Donation encouraged
- SEND-friendly – Yes or leave black if No
- SEND inclusive/specialist – complete only if SEND-friendly
- Venue – building name (not the address) or your name if the building doesn’t have a name
- Website – your website or booking link
- Contact (Premium only) – visible phone/email
- Good to know – free trials, parking info, etc
👉 Don’t worry: All listings are reviewed before going live.
12. How do I edit a listing after publishing it?
Log in, click your username at the top right, and choose Listings, or go directly to: https://funandplay.co.uk/account/listings/
Click the pen icon next to your class name to edit.
13. Can you update my listing for me?
Premium plans include one initial SEO/AI optimisation, but listings are self-managed. You can edit them anytime from your account area.
Don’t worry, we will always review them when they are edited or first created.
14. Can I change my vendor name later?
Yes, go to Settings → edit Vendor Name.
15. My class runs in multiple locations, what should I do?
Add one listing per location so families can find classes near them.
💳 Billing & plan FAQs
16. Where can I see my orders, subscriptions and invoices?
17. Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, cancel the monthly subscription at the end of a billing cycle and purchase the annual plan from the vendors page.
18. Can I upgrade from Starter to Premium?
Yes, simply buy the Premium plan. Your account will automatically update with Premium features.
19. Will my listings be removed if my plan expires?
Listings remain in your account but may not display publicly. Renew your plan to make them active again.
🛠 General troubleshooting
20. I can’t see the + Add Listing button
Make sure you are logged in. If you’re logged in but don’t see it, complete your vendor profile under Settings.
21. I submitted a listing but I can’t see it live
Listings are reviewed manually before being published. This ensures quality and accurate information for families. We will send you an email once the listing is approved.
22. My listing isn’t showing on the map
Check that your full address is added correctly.
23. My images won’t upload
Large files may fail. Try uploading .JPG under 200KB.
24. I added my description but want it SEO-optimised
If you’re a Premium vendor, your listing will be reviewed and optimised automatically as part of your plan.
