Abel Karate – Little Ninjas is a high-energy martial arts class for children aged 3 to 4 years, held at Imber Court Sports Club in East Molesey. Designed especially for preschoolers, this class introduces young children to the foundations of karate in a fun and supportive environment.

Each 45-minute session blends games, simple drills, and structured routines that help children build coordination, focus, and self-discipline—all while having a great time. The experienced instructors know how to engage little ones, making learning both playful and meaningful.
