SEND Stay and Play (4-6 years) at Silvermere Gymnastics in Cobham offers a relaxed, inclusive introduction to gymnastics for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Designed for ages 4 to 6, this ‘Move, Play and Connect’ session provides access to safe, engaging gym equipment with gentle encouragement.

Parents and carers remain on the floor to supervise their children and support their exploration. Children are free to climb, roll, balance, and bounce at their own pace, with optional warm-ups, cool-downs, and mini challenges. A qualified coach is on hand to offer guidance, answer questions, and help children engage comfortably. This session promotes movement, confidence and connection—without pressure or overstimulation.
